I’m Oleh Sypiahin, a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Tech Lead focused on building, modernizing, and scaling high-load product platforms with Angular, TypeScript, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven microservices.

Over the past 9+ years, I have worked through the full product arc: building a platform from scratch, helping bring it to production, scaling it under real usage, and later improving architecture, performance, reliability, and engineering standards. I combine hands-on delivery with technical leadership: writing production code, reviewing architecture, mentoring engineers, and turning repeated lessons into reusable team practices.
